Easy to use. However, it is March 6, 2026 and the software still hasn't been finalized. Once my building depreciation period has ended, I will stop using this program.

I've used H&R for several years now and every year I answer a ton of questions about deductions just for the software to tell me I'm better off just taking the Sundays deduction. I already know this from the start but I'm still forced to go through all the questions. You should have an option from the start to just take the standard deduction and let those who already know that they don't have enough items to beat the standard deduction bypass all those questions.

Cons: Time consuming
