Everything went very well and I was happy with the tax program with one exception. When it autoloaded my AGI for last year, it used the AGI from a tax report I never filed instead of the one I actually submitted. This caused me to jump through hoops when my tax report was rejected by the IRS to remember what happened last year.

I have used the H&R Block software for the past several years. The software is very user friendly, but every year I run into a glitch when I get to the page about IRA distributions where there is a box automatically checked off and it then asks if you received the RMD for that tax year. It's very confusing as to whether one should input that number again. If you do enter it again, it thinks you have received double the amount that you were supposed to receive and that no taxes had been withheld.

I love this program and have used it for about 10 years maybe more. I would give it 5 stars if it weren't so expensive.

I have used your tax app for many years, so it is familiar to me. After I complete my tax return, I save it under a different name, which creates a duplicate. I rename this copy "Estimated tax return for next year"
It would be good if you created a product that would do this for you so you plan your tax witholding for the next year.
