Good. However I had a problem with my return submission and found it difficult to pinpoint the problem. Eventually it was found and corrected and return accepted but more help in that area would have been appreciated.

Disappointing results with this year's edition.

Several problems with this year's edition of HR Block. I've opened two cases with the Help Desk. The first was closed without correcting or even addressing the problem, and I've yet to have a response from the second case I've opened. The state I filed with required additional information which means to me that the preparation software for the state was incomplete. Processing by the state has been delayed and I don't know the results of my expected refund as yet.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been using this software for over ten years. This year's version had a few annoying quirks, such as making it difficult to find some common forms. Otherwise, it's user-friendly.

I have used HR Block tax software for many years. Its a good reliable product. While its generally very easy to use I did not give it 5 stars because there are occasionally things that seem unclear. This is partly due to confusing IRS rules.
