i had a hard time this year with your program than other years , I had to keep going back to fill things. i never did find where to enter federal refund from previos year.

Love using this software. Probably my 6 or 7th year. It preloads my data from previous year, checks for errors or omissions and is always accepted and processed quickly. Literally like filling in a questionnaire. Love it!

I got this because I used to use TurboTax, but they would have required me to upgrade my computer this year (to have Windows 11 and dual processors). Thanks for running on Windows 10. I found your software very complete and worked through it although it was different. The only issue I had was when I would leave and come back the program did not return to where I had left; I needed to fish around a little to find it.

I have used H&R Block software to do my taxes for several years now and generally have been very happy with it. This year my tax filing was delayed for two weeks due to a software error that would not allow me to e-file. The program identified an error in one of the supporting tax forms that was not in error. This wasted 2 to 3 hours trying to fix the "error', only to find out through the help chat feature that there was a known software bug which would be fixed in an upcoming update. The update date came and the issue was still not fixed. The next update came a week later and the issue was finally fixed. The error message went away and I could finally file. The issue wasted my time and delayed my refund by two weeks.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Found a glitch form 1099B when I put in State initials it said this is not a number then it froze up had to force quit and start over when I put in State number It kept putting commas every three numbers and couldn’t file until I just deleted the number altogether.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I have used this product for years and will continue to do so. It makes doing taxes relatively easy and keeps up with tax law changes. I particularly like the ability to efile, import information from various providers directly into the program, and to prefill data from last year's return. With the ability to do more than one return, I do my own, that of some family members, and sometimes use a spare return to do "what if" scenarios. It's a great tool.
