Mostly the software works….BUT. 1. Your program update link for a Mac doesn’t work. 2. Your help area and software for NY inflation protection checks were non-existent. #1 has been going on for several years. Why don’t you fix it? #2 shows you are not on top of things the way you should be.

I have been using H&R Block software since its inception, and the predecessor prior to that. At one point we had rental property, and although I was employed by a government agency, I also had a business on the side. This guided me throughout my taxes every year with absolutely no problems.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

Everything fine until I went to print a copy of returns. Selected PDF option and could not print!

There is(not fixed when I filed) a "Glitch" in software. My spouse turned 62 in 2025, software assumed she filed for Social Security Income, eligible at 62, she NEVER filed, still works full time. We had a data verification issue that was not fixed when I filed. H&R software dept., as far as I know, has not resolved the issue.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare

My wife already sent in a review on the product. She is the one who does our taxes. So she sent that after she filed our taxes. It is not cool to request one from me who never uses it, especially since she filed it from your software in her name.
