Can't use the e-file feature because the program only accepts 5 digits when I try to file. No agent seems to be able to figure this out. One told me to return the program? Very disappointing. In previous years it has worked fine.

Navigation through your program has not changed in more than a decade. Your AI answer person is pretty bad. It is March 6 and I cannot print out my 1040 ES without giant DO NOT FILE notices because the IRS is still working on it. I don't care. I file and pay electronically - all I want is the little documents to put in a reminder folder. Spend a buck and update the navigation.
