There were some areas where the explanation was unclear.
One spot in the final review that kept telling me to uncheck the box but there was no box on that page to uncheck. I logged in and out several times and it finally let me finish the review. Overall the program did not seem fluid. This is my first time to use anything but TurboTax. I’m not impressed but the price was great. I guess I got what I paid for.

This is the first year I had a problem using the program. When the state was reviewed, it said there was an error or a change needed to be made and I could not locate the issue.
