Dear Al56,

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. Unfortunately, your review is not detailed enough for us to know what the issue is, but we will try to cover all bases.
Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try!

Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to fail to function normally.

Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit.

Lastly, ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure.

If you have tried these steps and are still experiencing issues, please contact us directly through chatbot on www.greenworkstools.com that will direct you to a live agent or call us at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). All we ask that you have access to the unit so that we can complete troubleshooting with you and gather necessary unit information, and we will be happy to assist with the warranty claims process. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and look forward to speaking to you.

This is a well designed pressure washer. It is compact yet sufficiently powerful with 1900 PSI to clean the garage, patio, walls, windows, or other surfaces. It is lightweight and easy to move around.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] just used this the other day and was easy to use and nice power. the only setback is the battery life is about 20 to 30 minutes on the battery charge. No problem for me as I own many Greenworks products and have two extra 80 volt batteries. the charger that came with this unit is very nice and fast charging.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with my purchase!
I was tired of borrowing my son’s pressure washer and owned an 80V lawnmower. Because of my familiarity with Greenworks products and quality, the decision to purchase a battery powered unit was easy. The convenience of battery power for me makes superior over my son’s competitors electric unit.

The Best Pressure Washer I have ever had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the 80v 3000-psi pressure washer this summer. I have use it to clean my drive way and several thousands of landscaping/retaining concrete block. This is best investment I have ever had on the power too - from gas, electricity, and now battery - for the past 40 years. In addition to this pressure washer, I also own a 80v string trimmer, a 80v leaves blower, a 80v 21”” mower, and a 80v snowblower. I love Greenworks products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my 80 V 3000 psi 2.0 GPM Electric power wash. I am amazed on how good my deck looks, my car looks the side of my house. I am so happy as I said before that I switched over to using battery power to run my power wash. My only suggestion would be to get extra batteries, especially when you’re having fun.

Hello T wiggles
A common cause for lost water pressure is when the nozzle at the end of the trigger-wand becomes worn or plugged. An uncommon spray pattern may be an indication that there is debris blocking the nozzle. Nozzles that are wearing will usually cause a gradual loss in pressure, as opposed to happening suddenly.
If you are finding the pressure washer is not function as expected we suggest clearing the blockage in your nozzle and prevent over-exerting your pressure washer, follow these few steps.
Remove the nozzle, if you clear the blockage without taking the nozzle off, it'll likely just clog again. Using the spray tip cleaning tool or a straightened paperclip, try digging and poking the blockage backwards out of the hole. Hold the nozzle by the sides with the front of the nozzle facing you. Using the spray tip cleaning tool or the paperclip, try pushing the clog back the way it came. Rinse the nozzle thoroughly front and back Replace the nozzle and go.
If the nozzle remains clogged, remove it and try clearing it out again. Just remember that reversing the clog is the best way to unclog it. Push it back the way it came from. If you have a lot of trouble getting it unclogged, try soaking it in hot water and then attempt it again.
We hope this information helps remedy the potential issue. If you have any follow up questions or concerns, we welcome you to contact us at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS) or by email on info@greenworkstools.com for further assistance. We're happy to help.
