Pressure washer that doesn't wash?

Can I give 0 stars because I can't get it to work? Hours on the phone with support, instead of getting work done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience and the time spent trying to get the unit working. That is understandably frustrating, and not the experience we want for our customers.
If the pressure washer isnot producing pressure or will not operate correctly, there are a few key things to check. First, make sure the unit is connected directly to a working outlet and that the GFCI/reset button on the plug is fully engaged. Confirm that your water supply is turned on completely and that the garden hose is not kinked, as these units require steady water flow at least 45 PSI to build pressure. It is also important to purge any air from the system, before turning the unit on, hold the trigger for about 30 -60 seconds with water running to remove trapped air. Next, check the spray nozzle and wand for any clogs or debris, since even a small blockage can prevent proper pressure. Also ensure all hose connections are tight and that the inlet filter is clean, as restricted flow can impact performance.

I bought this yesterday. Power washed my sidewalk that had mold and discoloredwith the rotating surface cleaner then power washed it. Beautiful job looks almost like new.

Great value for the money !

Purchased this recently and on the second day I really put it through it"s paces. Ran virtually seven hours straight without a hickup. Cleaned a 14 x 30 deck, railings, stairs walkways, storage shed and porch. I found this unit quite impressive for the money. I read many reviews and believe many having issues with this unit don't understand it's weak pojnts. The nozzle and high pressure hose are not as sturdy as a gas powered unit and you have to be a bit careful moving the unit when the hoses are connected. Overall, this little guy has done nothing but impress me ! Great job Greenworks !

Just used it for the first time today. Working on dried baked in old bird droppings on a rock slab patio. Over all it did a good job. Presoaking helped. It got all of it up on most rocks, and most of it on the others. It looks 100% better. Works great on cleaning concrete patio and walks. Tried it on some furniture stain my wife spilled on the patio without success, but didn’t expect it to. Did a good job on the alge in the bird bath and dog drinking bowl. It’s not a 5000psi commercial tool, but didn’t expect it to be. Easy to assemble and use. I give it a five for what I need it for.

Reasonable cost & great quality

I love my Greenworks power washer. Purchased 1 year ago. It preforms big jobs with easy operation. With the four different spraying nozzle attachments and soap dispenser tank, you can achieve different task with ease. I have and will recommend Greenwork products to family and friends.

2000 psi Electric Power Washer

Have used this power washer for 1.5yr with no problems. We have 1200sqft of deck at our home and we wash it two times a year. We also was the vinyl siding on the house using the power washer. High pressure line is long enough to reach a large area without moving the unit. the pump turns OFF as soon as you release the trigger (this saves the pump).
I would recommend this to a friend!
