Now completed first use. Works good. A front wheel would be perfect and lock for back wheels. Like lots of handy things like wand parking and spray nozzle storage.

Product management priorities are out of touch.

Does not natively accept the 8.0ah 60v batteries! Thank you to whomever wrote that review. I have a Greenworks snow blower and a backpack blower (both of which I love) where I get seasonal use by interchanging all my 8.0ah 60v batteries. I would have been furious if I had bought this pressure washer and could not use my battery investment. Greenworks, you need to realize that once a customer is invested in a voltage platform, we're never going to buy tools outside that battery investment platform. Speaking for myself, I'm never going to buy your 80 volt tools, but I would buy a 60 volt pressure washer today if I could use my stockpile of 8.0ah 60v batteries. I would also buy a couple of 60 volt ebikes (and more 8.0ah 60v batteries) for my family if you hadn't screwed up that product by not offering it with 8.0ah 60v batteries. IMHO, whomever is doing the N.A. product management for Greenworks is really out of touch with the customer base and their priorities.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We understand how important battery compatibility is, especially when you have already invested in a specific platform across multiple tools. While this unit is designed within the 60V system, certain higher-capacity batteries may not be compatible due to physical fitment constraints, which is noted in the product details. We recognize your concerns regarding platform consistency and product alignment, and feedback like yours is valuable as it helps inform future development. We are glad to hear you have had positive experiences with other tools in your lineup and appreciate your continued support. If you have any additional questions or need assistance, the Greenworks Tools customer success team is available to help. They can be reached either using the online chat function, on Greenworks Tools page, or by calling 1-888-909-6757.

Excellent Cleaning Power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was genuinely surprised with the performance of this unit, especially considering my negative experience with electric pressure washers in the past. It does an outstanding job of blasting dirt and algae off my driveway and sidewalks, even without soaking with chemicals before cleaning. I love how quiet the machine operates as well, and less maintenance required than a gas unit!

Piece of Junk
on May 12, 2026

Piece of junk. Worked fine for 2 years and I did not use it that much. Now water pours out of the hose that goes into the soap dispenser, the water flow should be in the opposite direction. They need to rename this GreenNOworks

Hello Gator91384.
We are sorry to hear about your experience, especially after the unit performed well for a couple of years. That is understandably frustrating. Based on what you described, water flowing out of the soap (detergent) inlet is typically related to a check valve or internal injector issue. Under normal operation, that port should only draw detergent when the system is running in low-pressure mode, not allow water to exit. This can sometimes occur if there is a blockage, mineral buildup, or a worn internal valve.
A few things you can try:
Ensure you are using the correct nozzle, soap function only activates with a low-pressure (black) nozzle.
Flush the system with clean water to remove any residual detergent or debris.
Inspect the detergent inlet and hose for cracks, looseness, or buildup that may be affecting flow direction.
If the unit was exposed to freezing temperatures at any point, internal components may have been compromised, which can lead to this type of issue.
We also see that you have already been in touch with our team, and we are actively assisting you through the warranty claim process to get this resolved as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience while we work toward a solution.
While we regret that this experience didn not meet expectations, your feedback is valuable and will be shared with our product team as we continue to improve reliability and durability.
