Terrible product. I’ve only used it four times and it will not hold pressure. It just surges low to high pressure every 2 to 3 seconds making it impossible to power wash anything. It’s done this since first use and gets progressively worse each time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We are sorry to hear about the pressure washer repeatedly surging between low and high pressure, especially since the issue has been present since the first use and has progressively worsened. This type of surging can sometimes be caused by restricted water flow, air entering the system, or a clogged spray nozzle. Before operating the unit, make sure the water supply is fully open, the garden hose is not kinked or restricted, and the water inlet screen and spray nozzle are clean. With the pressure washer turned off and the water supply running, squeeze the spray gun trigger for several minutes to purge trapped air from the pump. If the unit continues to surge every few seconds after these checks, please discontinue use and contact Greenworks Success team directly at 1-888-909-6757 or via our online support portal so we can look into this for you.
Today, I used my new 2700 Greenworks electric pressure washer for the first time. I cleaned my patio and surrounding patio blocks. I purchased the 15 inch surface cleaner for the patio. In all, I ran the washer for about 5 1/2 hours. I did not have any problems and the patio and blocks look like new. I was very happy with the machine, the length of hose and its easy operation. I would recommend this to anyone I know. Thank you Greenworks.
I recently purchased a greenworks electric pressure washer and love it! I’ve looked at many units of gas powered models and this one more than keeps up with them.
Pros: Easy to Use, Quiet, Environmentally Safe, Effective, Powerful
Having quite a yard with many playing areas like swings, trampoline etc. and a pool area with much hardscape around it, a power washer is essential. After first borrowing one from my in laws I had 2 issues: lengthy power cord needs - especially in areas where we do have hoses running but no power needs. And secondly the pressure was suboptimal as compared to noisy polluting gas powered ones (as my neigbors’ one I tried out. This pressure washer came out right before I needed to buy one myself and as we already had one of the first lawnmowers when Greenpower was still new and mostly unknown, having a power washer using the same batteries was a premium option. Some jobs now I can use a wider angle nozzle than before getting the same result due to its powerful flow and the noise level is much less than with a gas powered one. Having 2 batteries may limit someone depending on the magnitude of the job but while we have 6 we never needed to use them all, 4 would’ve sufficed at any time.
Just used for the first time and I am impressed with the little unit thus far. I primarily bought the pressure washer to wash our vehicles since the gas powered unit I have is too strong, and too much or a pain in the rear, for that but it did a good job on my wood deck and some vinyl siding that I just washed. Easy to get set up, easy to handle, obviously very easy to start and it appears that it will easily clean most of the outdoor needs with the good pressure it produces. Have used the 40 and 25 (purchased separately) nozzles thus far and they both worked well with this unit.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet, Environmentally Safe, Effective, Powerful
