[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great electric pressure, washer, convenient and light. I need an extra wand and I had it within five business days. Great service.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought that as a replacement of my 2700 PSI washer and tried that immediately on my driveway. It a real heavy duty unit. Works even better than the old one. I strongly recommend this product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to set up and use. In both power modes. Makes getting around the entire house much easier. Some areas the outlets are readily available and other parts they are not. Not a 5 due to the soap container leaking some while wheeling it around.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Powerful, works pretty well. Struggling with gutters but who knows when the last time this house was washed.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never used a pressure washer before. This was super easy to assemble and use. Cleaned my sidewalk and deck beautifully! Just wish it had something to keep the lever depressed. My forearms got a workout!

Hello Workdbej. We regret learning of the difficulties you encounter with your pressure washer. Please find below a list of troubleshooting suggestions for your consideration. Clean Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to fail to function normally. Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. Lastly, ensure the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. Please note this product has a three-year warranty from the date of purchase.
