We have limited storage so I bought this unit for it’s compact design. It’s powerful at 1800 PSI but goes through batteries quickly. I used the unit for 3 hours on my house and went through almost a dozen batteries. This product is best for short projects, 20 mins or less.

Hello EmilySAV

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your honest feedback as it gives us an idea of where improvements could be made moving forward! It is unfortunate to hear that this product isn't fully meeting your expectations. Please note that this product has a fairly high power draw and does deplete batteries quickly. The run time you have expressed for the 2.0Ah battery would be normal. This unit may be used with all Greenworks 60V battery models. The higher the ampere-hour (Ah) rating is, the greater the run time.

Approximate run times:

4.0 Ah ~12 minutes
6.0 Ah ~18 minutes

High pressure outlet for an electric pressure washer. It’s great for the occasional use. It beats gas power if you don’t need one and having to deal with troubleshooting gas powered washer when you’re trying to use it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pressure washer works as good as the plug in type but battery only last around 15 minutes. I have one battery so I have to work fast to complete my task before the battery dies making the quality of what I'm doing not to good. Unfortunately the batteries are expensive. I also have the lawnmower which shares the same battery and I am very satisfied with it because my yard is small and that one battery seems to be good enough but not enough for the pressure washer.

Hello Arnol,

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your honest feedback on this matter. We are sorry to read that the battery life isn't quite living up to your expectations. Your honest feedback gives us a better understanding of where we need to improve moving forward. Unfortunately, the described run time is fairly average. This product demands a lot of power from the battery which results in a quick depletion time. I bought this electric pressure washer to do small jobs around the house and to wash my truck. When I received it there were numerous parts missing, but a call to the support center resolved that issue quickly - replacement item was received within 5 days. This washer has done a great job on the truck and beats dragging the big gas pressure washer out each time.

Works great for what it is. Takes a few seconds for the pressure to build each time you grab the handle. Not really an issue but can be slightly annoying while waiting for the build up. Nice quality overall. Stable with the larger wheels which is what I was looking for.

Hello Guy24,

Sorry to hear of the issue you are experiencing with the pressure washer.
It sounds as though your nozzles may be clogged or there is some air trapped in the unit, these are common issues. With the following troubleshooting, this should be resolved! Please be sure to follow closely as these steps are not as effective when altered.
1) To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction.
2) Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit.
3) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60PSI.
4) There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure.
If you are still having trouble, please submit an email using the customer contact page on our website or give us a call at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS).
