I'm highly satisfied with my purchase. It is well built, well designed, produce reasonable pressure and very important it is mobile. You are independent wherever you go. Highly recommend. Thank you.
I’ve owned this machine for a little over a month and have used this to clean lawn furniture, cars, decks, and walkway. It’s performed excellently. Powerful enough to do everything you need shoes of stripping paint off wood, although it’s just powerful enough that you do have to be a little careful. Set up & breakdown is quick and simple and it works well with a foam cannon.
When our race cars come back from the race track covered in brake dust, tire rubber, caked in dirt, grass, and everything in between, THIS is the pressure washer we reach for. Not only is it compact and easy to use, but it’s just as powerful as any old pressure washer we’ve used in the past. With it being electric instead of gas powered, we love that we can use it inside and it’s not any louder than the machines we use on a daily basis. It’s also so convenient to store, that we can easily load it in any of our trailers. The only downside to this unit is when we want to use it outside, we have to be close to an electrical outlet or use an extension cord.
Sorry but it truly sucks that you do not mention that you need an extra part for soap. That information is not on the box or in the assembly instructions. I am sorry but an attachment of the wand is dumb. You should make it clear that the soap is not mixed in a tank. My unit is assembled but unused. I want my money back!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello PepGarden
Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We're very sorry to hear that this model did not meet your expectations.
There is a soap suction tube on the side of the unit. To use the soap, mix it in a pale and insert the tube. Install the soap nozzle and you're ready to go. Please review the instructions below for using the soap.
1. Put the machine vertically on a flat surface. 2. Put the end of the siphon hose into a detergent container (not included). 3. Install the soap spray tip onto the wand. 4. The machine will suck detergent automatically when you use the spray gun.
NOTE: Do the instructions on the solution bottle to prepare detergent. NOTE: Soap/detergent can only be applied with this machine when the black nozzle (75 degrees) is installed.
It's worth noting, you can always ask us questions here as well using the Q&A section on our website or on Amazon. Hope this helps!
The power washer does a good job. But, the 60v 2.5 amp battery only gives 4 to 5 minutes run time! Then you have to cool the battery for 20 to 30 minutes and then charge for 30 minutes. It ends up taking several hours to wash a boat.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello MrJDD,
Thank you for the feedback. We are glad to hear you are enjoying the product. This product has a fairly high power draw and does deplete batteries quickly. This unit may be used with all Greenworks 60V battery models. The higher the ampere-hour (Ah) rating is, the greater the run time. Approximate run times: 2.0 Ah ~ up to 5 minutes 4.0 Ah ~ up to 12 minutes 6.0 Ah ~ up to 18 minutes Hope this helps better understand the runtimes each battery Ah provides. Do not hesitate to give us a call with any future questions, comments, or concerns at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). We would be happy to help.
This is a great portable pressure washer. It has similar power to my electric. I have used it for cleaning cars and spraying fungicide on my crabapple tree. It does chew through batteries. I would recommend a 4ah or larger battery with it. Electric or gas would be better if you need extended run times.
