Casting broke!

GPW2300 the water outlet casting broke and the hose will not connect.
looks like the entire motor and pump need to be replaced it is all one cast piece.

Extension cord

wish there was a to extend the length of coverage. I know the use of an extension cord is not recommended. Is there a way?

I pressure have the 2300 pro washer and it's great. I did have a slight problem and Greenworks was all over it. They corrected it immediately. After the sale, there is nothing left but support and they get an A+
Pros: Easy to Use, Quiet, Durable, Powerful

Replaced out an old electric pressure washer I’ve had a couple years now and the difference is CRAZY!!! The power behind what looks like a little pressure washer but packs a huge punch. This pressure washers is by far the best pressure washer I’ve owned and I cannot be any happier with the product. This is an awesome purchase for those who wants powerful pressure washer that is not so big and bulky it beats having to get gas and lug around a heavy pressure washer. It’s lightweight and portable but will definitely leave you in shock with the spectacular job it does. 10/10 would recommend!!!

After plugging it in and turning it on the connection where the pressure hose connects below the motor broke. Looks like the cast aluminum connection was too thin. Please not that I really like this pressure washer but that thin connection someone should have seen that it will not last. Also 45 minutes on hold is to TO long. Come on Greenworks get your support together.

Ran once for 10 minutes then never started again

I ran this new out of the box and it worked one day then never worked again. This is a very simplistic device with no controls just an on/off switch and a trigger so there is literally nothing that you can do if it fails. Tech Support could not help me so I'm returning it for a refund.
I also learned 60v battery will run this unit for 10 minutes, and the battery takes an hour to charge so you do the math. You'll spend more time charging than running unit, if it runs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
