[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my 3200 psi gas pressure washer with this and it cleans just as well as my gas one did but without all the noise.
Extremely frustrated. I havent even had this pressure for year. The system won't build pressure and shut off the motor. I have wasted several hours trying to repair this thing. It is too expensive to be having problems like this already.

Hello JBMB. We are sorry to hear about your experience, issues with pressure and unexpected shutoffs can be frustrating, especially on a newer unit. Based on what you are describing, here are a few things you can check that may affect pressure performance on model PW60L540 Quick Troubleshooting Tips: 1. Water Supply: Make sure the hose is fully connected and turned on at full flow. Check that the inlet filter is clean and free of debris. Avoid using overly long or kinked hoses, which can restrict flow. 2. Air in the System: Before powering on, connect the hose and squeeze the trigger for 30-60 seconds to purge air from the line 3. Nozzle and Spray Tip: Ensure a spray tip is properly installed (the unit will not build pressure without one). Here is a video showing how to clean the nozzle (https://youtu.be/5efsUcLYE98). Try a different tip in case one is clogged 4. High-Pressure Hose and Connection: Inspect for leaks, loose fittings, or damage along the hose. Even a small leak can prevent proper pressure buildup 5. Battery and Operation: Confirm both batteries are fully charged and properly seated If the motor shuts off quickly, the unit may be going into protection mode due to low flow or restriction. If you have gone through the steps above and the unit still will not build pressure or continue to shut off, the next step is to have the unit looked at more closely. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought it so the only thing I can do on this review is say that all the parts were there everything was packaged well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well on pressure washing. Find that it stops when you release the trigger for too long and have to turn it off and unplug it to ‘reboot’ it back to working. The only way to avoid this is by turning the machine off while releasing pressure from the line. Also can’t store it flat with liquid in the tank because it will slowly leak out on your floor. Otherwise when it works, it works well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for an economical lightweight power washer and this one here was absolutely perfect and cost effecie!
I would recommend this to a friend!
