[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1) would be nice if all screw holes had threads (would make it easier to put together);
2) Spray gun holder does not hold spray gun -- falls out at slightest touch or bounce;
3) Kink resistant hose is too stiff and does not fit on holder;

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used the Greenworks 2000 psi power washer for years. Saw the 3000 psi on sale and decided to upgrade. It's a slight improvement, definitely not a 40% increase in power. Allowed me to complete the job 10-15% faster than the 2000 psi version. They should also include a zero degree spray nozzle to reach 2nd floor windows.

Hello NCRDU,
Thank you for your feedback. If the unit was to reach that high, the pressure would not be very strong, please consider trying second-story nozzles for this task. Our units can be used with nozzles that use a 1/4" quick connect fitting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased on 5/10/2019, and i've used it every spring to clean the porches and lawn furniture. This year i got it out and the water is leaking inside and coming out the bottom. So disappointed. Looks like something broke off inside.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this amazing pressure washer during the winter and was finally able to test it out and was not surprised at how well it worked. I was glad when my gas pressure washer broke down last summer because I had my eye on this one. I have really been happy with all my Greenworks purchases and since I already had eight 60 volt batteries from other great products I was able to save money by just buying the tool and actually had earned enough points to cover the entire purchase price - another great reason to shop Greenworks. I love being able to just put in a couple of batteries, hook up the hose, push the start button and start washing. Using two 5.0 ah batteries I had plenty of charge to wash my boat and the concrete deck in front of the house. I liked how much lighter the washer is compared to my old gas one so much easier to move around - not to mention so much more quiet. I’m anxious to use the provided suction hose with the attached filter to wash the boats and docks with water right from the lake - much easier than dragging a hose around. I also have a 55 gal drum on a trailer that I fill with lake water to water plants that I can now use for pressure washing by suctioning the water out to the pressure washer so I can wash areas of my property that cannot be reached by hose. Sorry if I’m rambling but this is an amazing, well designed, well built product that I’m sure anyone purchasing it or any of the Greenworks products would be extremely pleased - don’t get me started on my riding mower - WOW!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the product in a box that was very well packaged and followed the directions that were very clear. The machine is built very well, and the design is engineered with a lot of thought on durability and maneuverability. The product works great for hard jobs and performs regular house projects with ease. I did my homework and compared all other competitors and nobody comes close… trust me! Highly recommended!
