Sorry to hear of this issue you are experiencing with your 1800 PSI Electric Pressure Washer (5101402). Generally, when this happens it usually involves air getting into the garden hose line. If I am understanding your description correctly you are advising that your pump is pressuring up, providing water pressure, and then pulsating off and on. If that is the case, then the issue could be resolved by bleeding water out of the garden hose as well as the pressure washer while removing the tips from the pressure washer. Try this procedure for approx. 90 seconds and ensuring there are no kinks in your hose and see if this helps. As well alternate to another pressure washer tip to see potentially if one of the tips was causing an irregular pressure issue with the end of the gun, as this is sometimes an issue as well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this pressure washer and Iam very pleased with its Performance when I switch to the turbo nozzle it worked even better passed my expectations. I washed my car with this pressure washer and it left my car looking like new I would definitely recommend this pressure washer and will definitely purchase again. I also love the fact that it has wheels so I can maneuver around with ease I recommend 100%.

This is the best product to use for cleaning, it worked great, it is powerful, it is durable and it is very easy to use. I am so glad we have this, it has made life so much easier.

I love everything from the packaging to the easy assembly very self explanatory super easy to put together high quality parts Big wheels that. Are easy to roll love that it is gas free not loud I also Love that it comes with 5 different nozzles for different jobs it has jet flow technology super powerful Greenworks did an amazing job with this 2700 PSI pressure washer I’m absolutely blown away at the power that this machine has It cleaned up everything no issues what so ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice unit, it works well. Its a good size and assembly was easy. Greenworks Pro gets the job done, strong enough to clean mildew and stains from my patio. Soap tank is a plus. Wheels makes it easier to move and get more done in less time.

Can't beat this electric powerwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own a 4200psi power washer for big jobs, but you can't compare the overall power of gas vs electric. However, there are so many reasons to use an electric power washer. With this particular power washer, the small footprint and light weight makes storage a breeze. For a quick job like washing the car, cleaning windows, using it as a blower for the porch - it simply can't be beat. I'm using this more and more now than my gas simply because I don't have to break out the gas, it's insanely quieter, and so much easier to use while getting the job done.

Greenworks Pro Makes Every Surface Sparkle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Living under a canopy of one hundred year old oaks, our house and southern porch are covered in springtime pollen that needs to be pressure washed each season. The Greenworks Pro 2700 made this job a cinch this year with its manuverability and ease of power. Since the nozzle has various degrees of angle and torque, it makes the tedious job of clean-up much easier. As we grow into our retirement years, I look for products that make the daily chores of life easier, and we found that with our Greenworks pressure washer!
