Best electric pressure washer I've ever used. This is enough power to do all the normal pressure washing products around your home. It is not as good as a gas pressure washer, but boy it is very convenient to get this started and running compared to gas.

Casting broke!

GPW2300 the water outlet casting broke and the hose will not connect.
looks like the entire motor and pump need to be replaced it is all one cast piece.

Exaggerated specs

I bought this to use with a 12" surface cleaner. It would barely spin. So I thought maybe the surface cleaner was defective and tried it on my friends less powerful 2100 psi electric pressure washer. It worked fine.
Decided to buy a pressure gauge to test. Sure enough barely has 2000 psi station when not in use. As soon as you begin using the wand it drops to 1100 psi. That's with any of the nozzles.
This was on a 20 amp breaker and 60 psi water pressure. So no issues there. Definitely exaggerated specs
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns. We are sad to hear the unit has not met your needs. The brushless motor adjusts to the flow rate of the pressurized water in response to the back pressure of its sensors from the nozzle being used. With the black soap nozzle, the flow is 2.3 GPM at 100 PSI. With all other nozzles the flow will be 1.2 GPM. The surface cleaner will only pull from the soap tank with the soap nozzle attached to the end of the wand. Any other nozzles will generate the different degrees of sprays, but only with the soap nozzle will detergent be pulled from the unit. Ensure you follow the dilution instructions on the the detergent or have a standard 1 parts detergent to 10 parts water, 1:10 for a nice steady flow. We do hope this helped! This is my first cordless power washer. I have plenty of experience with gas pressure washers but I decided to switch to electric. I’ve used my new Greenworks for 3 projects. I’m extremely glad I made the switch. This is a much better product than my old gas model. It’s very quiet. It’s very light and therefore much easier to transport. I feel like it has all the power of a gas model. I’ve cleaned my wood deck and concrete stairs. It’s does a beautiful job and it’s so much easier to work with. I highly recommend this product.

Critical Design Flaw

My experience was the same as Craig O's. I purchased the 2300 psi electric pressure washer, model # GPW2300 back on 4-17-19. The high pressure hose connector sheared off. It's a poor design relying on very thin aluminum. Like Craig O., I was very careful using the Power Washer- it was never abused. Making matter worse, entering the part number I would need to replace into the Greenworks search engine produced no results; the Chat window put me into an irrelevant loop; Help called back, but the product isn't supported after expiration of the three year warrant.y It's not an item you take to the repair shop, so they don't supply parts. This is bothersome because an otherwise working product in perfect condition becomes a candidate for landfill waste over a minor part that lasts about the length of the warranty period.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this GPW3001 as a gift. works great for washing my cars. The gas powered pressure that I've been was just too strong. This is just the one that I needed for use with my CR Spotless water filter.
