[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my Electric Pressure Washer and it works great for the money. My son and I washed our 3 cars and the boat. We used the soap foaming dispenser and it made the job so much easier and definitely faster. Using it was so simple. I recommend this pressure washer.

Pressure washing made easy. After much research and previously using a 2300 PSI gasoline model for years, I decided to try the GPW2700 for low noise, no need for fuel and my great experience with a now 7-year old Greenworks chain saw. I'm glad I did. This thing is so quiet and easy to use and the self-sensing pressure regulation is perfect. If I have to complain about anything it's only that the plastic grip to hold the wand handle on the machine isn't tight enough. The wand can pop out when moving around. Other than that.. this is a great machine. I coupled mine with a 14" rotary attachment and extension wand from another maker to do my driveway and patio - effortless!
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet, Durable, Effective, Powerful
While it lacks the power that my old gas pressure washer had, it is so much easier to use, and much quieter. . Instead of fighting with starting the gas engine after sitting for months, just push a button and it's ready to go. I spent almost 3 hours using it the first day to clean my aluminum trailer with no issues.
Been using greenworks washers for many years now. I have put over 500 hours on 2 of the older models. Bought the 2700 PSI model, umm what a joke it would not stay on. I bought and had to exchange 2 of the 2300 models, by the way the old style from a few years ago worked very well. But anyway, both the wands last about a few hours and will not work, Thje tires keep falling off the unit. I am very disappointed in the newer product failures, And they went up so much higher in price. What a joke.
Pros: Quiet

I bought this to use with a 12" surface cleaner. It would barely spin. So I thought maybe the surface cleaner was defective and tried it on my friends less powerful 2100 psi electric pressure washer. It worked fine.
Decided to buy a pressure gauge to test. Sure enough barely has 2000 psi station when not in use. As soon as you begin using the wand it drops to 1100 psi. That's with any of the nozzles.
This was on a 20 amp breaker and 60 psi water pressure. So no issues there. Definitely exaggerated specs

Hello RB83,
Thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns. We are sad to hear the unit has not met your needs. The brushless motor adjusts to the flow rate of the pressurized water in response to the back pressure of its sensors from the nozzle being used. With the black soap nozzle, the flow is 2.3 GPM at 100 PSI. With all other nozzles the flow will be 1.2 GPM. The surface cleaner will only pull from the soap tank with the soap nozzle attached to the end of the wand. Any other nozzles will generate the different degrees of sprays, but only with the soap nozzle will detergent be pulled from the unit. Ensure you follow the dilution instructions on the the detergent or have a standard 1 parts detergent to 10 parts water, 1:10 for a nice steady flow. We do hope this helped!
