No more gas!

This is a a great unit for the homeowner. I've had my gas pressure washer in for expensive service twice in the past two years. I've always used ethanol-free gas and fuel stabilizer...no more! Picked this one up yesterday and restored 50 feet of fence in no time. It does a great job and works as well as my comparable gas pressure washer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Looked well made and we were excited to use it. However, it stopped working after 15 minutes.

Hello Bettina,

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. Unfortunately, your review is not detailed enough for us to know what the issue is, but we will try to cover all bases. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try. Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction. Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. Lastly, ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. Please note this product has a X-year warranty from the date of purchase. If you have tried these steps and are still experiencing issues, please submit an email using the customer contact page on our website or give us a call at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS).

Leaked oil all over driveway

The box came with oil on it. I foolishly did not return the unit (as I live in a remote area where returns are a real hassle) and assumed it was just an issue with shipping. I have used it about three times with no visible issues, but I was using it on gravel. Today I tried to wash the concrete driveway and noticed an oil sheen. Put it on a plastic lid and quite a bit of oil leaked out after using. (It has not leaked oil in storage that I have noticed). Hoping that the driveway is not ruined, my wife really hates oil on the driveway.

Greenworks MeanGreen Power Pressure Washer

My Greenworks pressure washer
Is more than just a tool
It's like a robot in a box
That's how easy it is to use.
I unboxed & assembled it
As soon as it came off the truck
It took me all of 10 minutes
I couldn't believe my luck.
Cause I'm not mechanically crafty
I'm just an ordinary lady
Usually assembly instructions for me
Are always a bit shady.
But not this time
& certainly not this tool
It went together like peanut butter & jelly
& looks equally as cool.
I could hardly wait to push the power button
To see what she could do.
WOW!
I power washed my house, my driveway,
My car & truck too.
I was so impressed with all
My pressure washer could do
I had to craft a jingle
& summit it as a review.
So
My greenworks pro 3000
Makes my outdoor maintenance a breeze
Try it for yourself
No doubt you'll be pleased.

Still waiting for replacement, first pressure washer leaked oil everywhere
on June 9, 2021

The engine leaked oil all over the garage and driveway I was trying to pressure wash clean. The oil was clear so I didn't notice it until the water dried. Still waiting to get the unit replaced - painful customer experience for a pressure washer. Seemed like it could be good if I ever get it replaced... it has been a month already and no shipping info for a replacement.

So far, I love this pressure washer. It is easier to use than my old one. It holds a lot of soap and I don't have to turn the soap dispenser on and off like I did with my old one. The motor seems pretty powerful. I did my entire driveway and walkway and they look like new.
