Way easier to use than my Gas pressure washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having issues with my gas pressure washer, decided to roll the dice on an electric one. Setup was super easy, started right up, and worked perfectly straight out of the box. Recommend getting some quick adapter connects for easy assembly. Also like that it folds up to take up less space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was genuinely surprised with the performance of this unit, especially considering my negative experience with electric pressure washers in the past. It does an outstanding job of blasting dirt and algae off my driveway and sidewalks, even without soaking with chemicals before cleaning. I love how quiet the machine operates as well, and less maintenance required than a gas unit!

Arrived with oil all over everything in the box

Oil from the pump leaked out inside of the box. The oil is also inside of the soap tank hose which tells me that it is leaking through an internal seal and using the washer would just spray everything with oil, let alone the pump would fail because of lack of oil.
I will be returning this for a full refund IF I can ever get ahold of Customer Service.
