[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son and I have used this pressure washer for about 8 hours now. It did a really nice job, especially using the turbo tip on the nozzle. It's small and powerful, and not very noisy. Some of the plastic, particularly the gun holder - the gun can fall out easily - is a little cheesy, but other than that the build quality is excellent. I also would like to see the hose connect in a different place. It's a little hard to turn because of where it is, next to the frame. But I still like the machine. I have 3 other Greeenworks products and am very happy with all of them.
Pros: Easy to Use, Quiet, Environmentally Safe, Effective, Powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this pressure washer after reading many reviews, used it one time last summer after purchasing. Went to use it this summer and metal water connecter exploded as soon as I turned it on. Pressure washer was stored away in garage away from elements. Super disappointed as we were prepping to strip and stain our deck. What a waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best electric power washer on the market

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I was taking a gamble after researching and reading the great reviews for this product. After unboxing it and giving it a try I can confirm it is no gamble. This is the best electric pressure washer in the US market. Plenty of power, flat surface washer blasts through grime and foam cannon blows thick foam to rival a gas unit. The ten year motor warranty should bring comfort to skeptics. No dice to roll on this unit. Roll the dice folks as this gamble pays off with plenty on power and a lot faster than anything electric you can buy.

Excellent upgrade

This has nice storage options for both the hose and the power cord and Wheeled for easier movement. when you let off the trigger the motor stops which should help save some life

Did not work out of the box

I received this for a Christmas present and had the 1st opportunity to use it last month (6/24). Out of the box it tripped the breaker. Once it did work, it only runs for less than a minute and trips at the unit. The breaker does not trip. It feels like the unit overheats? until it cools. Then it can be turned off and then back on and operates again, but for less than a minute. Ran through the troubleshooting - none of the recommendations correct the problem. Plenty of water, plenty of power, nothing plugged or clogged. Going to need to see how the warrantee with Greenworks pans out. I will write again once I have run it through the system. I know the next question is "would I recommend this product to a friend" and honestly when I could get it to work, it performed as expected.

Thank you for reaching out to Greenworks Tools. It sounds as though your nozzles may be clogged or there is some air trapped in the unit, these are common issues. With the following troubleshooting, this should be resolved! Please be sure to follow closely as these steps are not as effective when altered.
1) To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction.
2) Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit.
3) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI.
4) There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure.
