Not so great

I brought this pressure washer a year ago and now the pump failed. This pressure washer even shuts off when you release the trigger to protect the pump. After contacting the manufacturer I received zero support. Basically the one year warranty expired and there was not recourse. I do not recommend buying this unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I don’t have much experience with pressure washers but this one has plenty of power to accomplish what I needed. I was able to take our grey, weathered stairs back to their natural color. Our neighbor thought we had stained them!

Nozzle selection Choices - quick connect fitting - I have used this washer to clean vehicles - wash down vinyl siding - clean recreational vehicles - wash deck - power wash driveway. Nozzle choices have allowed me to tailor the washer to the job at hand - choices that I never had previously.

Arrived with oil all over everything in the box

Oil from the pump leaked out inside of the box. The oil is also inside of the soap tank hose which tells me that it is leaking through an internal seal and using the washer would just spray everything with oil, let alone the pump would fail because of lack of oil.
I will be returning this for a full refund IF I can ever get ahold of Customer Service.

Easy to use, very quick operation, plenty of heads. Drops pressure after very long continuous use - probably a self-protect mechanism for the electric motor?
