Easy to assemble and use. Since I had never used one before, it took a little experimenting with the various attachments. The turbo attachment took care of all the green on my white lattice skirting on my shed. I also used it on a small sidewalk but ordered a surface cleaner attachment which should make the rest of that job and driveway much faster. My only complaint came from my trigger finger the next day.
I friend of mine bought me this as a gift for my birthday two years ago and the sparingly used it. the motor housing broke just "Jrands" showed in his review. I called and because I don't have receipt since it was a gift I am not covered under warranty. and they don't have the motor housing to even think of buying a replacement.
this sucks.. would not recommend

Hello RAM C,
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue with this product and that you were unsatisfied with the customer service experience that you had. There is truly no intent to disappoint our customers, we advise our customers, to hold on to a copy of their receipt for the duration of the warranty, just in case. Receipts, serial, and model numbers are required information for all warranty claims. This information is necessary to keep an accurate record of which items and model numbers are defective and is ultimately for your safety and reduces fraudulent acts. Some stores can look up the purchase receipt, but unfortunately, this is not guaranteed so we always suggest the receipt in a safe place or to keep photos for your record in case the warranty ever needs to be addressed. Sorry to hear of this issue and are grateful for your feedback!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pressure washer today and used it for the first time. Overall it did a very good job cleaning an inflatable water slide that my grand kids will be using this weekend. It was very easy to assemble. The only reason that I didn't give it five stars is that there are a couple of minor things that I feel could have been done to make the unit even better. The handle knobs are plastic and should have brass threaded inserts for the bolts to thread into. The spray wand should have been better supported when not in use. The unit works very well and is quiet for certain. I like the way that the motor changes whenever you quit spraying. Now that I have reached 72 years, I have begun to shift from gasoline power tools to electric tools and this particular electric tool was a pleasure to use.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After years of fixing, replacing parts on my ryobi …started researching on buying a new one.. all reviews led me to the gpw3000 …did not disappoint!! Easy to put together…easy to use… powerful…did a great job on my patio
As a former groundskeeper, I spent thousands of hours using both hot and cold water pressure washers. I just wanted something inexpensive and light duty for around my house. It cleaned decades worth of black and green gunk off my patio like night and day! The only caveat is that it's not very powerful, so it's slow going. But on the other hand, you are less like to make the mistakes you might make with a commercial grade machine, like digging into the concrete or taking the paint off something. The rotary nozzle works well. Easy to assemble. With a 3 year warranty, this thing is a no brainer.
