On my first use, worked great for 30 mins. Then it just shut off. I read the troubleshooting tips, did online research. I (i) made sure GFI was green and not tripped, (ii) no filter clogs, (iii) sufficient water flow, (iv) no air in the lines (I flowed water through it while off for over 3 mins). So, resultantly, it works for 30 seconds, shuts off, I turn it off for 30 seconds, and it works again for 30 seconds and shuts off. SHAME ON YOU, GREENWORKS. Impossible to use for projects. Totally ineffective. There are so many people having the SAME problem and following your ineffective troubleshooting tips. Which means you are aware of it. Just fix your product and install an effective motor. Make your support teams' life and your customers life easier. I've wasted so much time on your product - which I cannot get back. Just, shame on you.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The first one we bought was missing parts. Got a new one and got it home and the pump stopped after 18 mins. Just to be safe we tried a different 20 amp outlet/circuit and it would get power but the pump didn't turn on.

Hello Everyone is awesome, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're glad that you were able to get a full refund and purchased another Greenworks Pressure Washer We're glad you gave us a second chance. If you are running the pressure washer on the same outlet or power strip this could cause the unit to run for a few seconds then power down. Do not plug this unit into a power strip as it will only run for a few seconds, then stop, wait about 20 seconds, and run for a few seconds, etc. Make sure you plug it directly into a wall outlet for maximum power (amperage) to the sprayer and it will run continuously without interruption. 110vac 15amp or 20amp outlet.
Additional components to check: • Ensure a nozzle is connected. Be sure to try all nozzles. • Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 30PSI • Check that there is at least 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water from going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. • For best results, use a 1” (25 mm) or 5/8” (16 mm) garden hose. • Check that the water inlet is not clogged. Disconnect the garden hose, remove the filter and rinse with warm water.
If issues persist, please give us a call at 1-888-909-6757 or start a Live chat on www.greenworkstools.com and, we would be happy to look into this with you!
I am 63 years old and used my Greenworks electric pressure washer, model # GPW3000, for the first time yesterday on my driveway and walkway and love it! It was so easy to assemble and use. With one use it has paid for itself. I highly recommend it!
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Effective, Powerful
Just bought this and put it together to test it out. It was a little bent and I had to fix it to put it together, but it seems to function just fine! Excited to use it
2400 psi gas engine power washer bit the dust after 20 years and got the GPW3000 today as replacement. Seemed not quite as powerful using the white spray tip, but got the pool cage cleaning job done satisfactorily, no hiccups. Easy assembly, even though a bolt was missing, and I converted fittings to quick-connect.
