[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great. Easy to assemble and was up and running very quickly. Replaced another pressure washer that was leaking. This cleaned so much better and faster. Stores nicely too!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this product at the start of the summer and it has lent itself to so many jobs...cleaning autos, patio furniture, patio walkways and scale on the pool tiles!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The assembly of this pressure washer was a breeze. Every part went together without a hitch. No need for hammer, file or drill. The quality of the manufacturing and design was very well thought out. It truly covers the 3 concept of form, fit and function. Thank you for making a wonderful product. I would definitely purchase any other Greenworks product.
Documentation on its use is sparse. For example, after using a detergent how does one switch back to water to rinse? Simple question but it's not mentioned. Their chat bot Vivian is useless for a question like that. They could eliminate a lot of questions and support phone calls by being more thorough with their manual.
I bought mine three years ago worked great have used it probably 5 or 6 times then I hook it up turn it on and the whole side of the pump blew out after looking at it very poor design using cheap cast aluminium in pressure points is terrible it always break
Pros: Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Quiet, Effective

Hello B-rad.
Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. These parts can sometimes crack when the pump was not properly winterized, stored or left unused for any time longer than 30 days. This is called “winterizing”. The term is somewhat confusing because your storage period may or may not happen in cold temperatures or even during winter. Nevertheless, this procedure is strongly recommended to be done every time the unit may sit for longer than thirty days without being used. Whether stored inside or out, heated space or cold, winter or summer. This keeps the unit from freezing and, very importantly, it keeps water from drying out inside the pump and leaving behind very harmful deposits. These deposits will act like sandpaper in the seals the next time it is used and could damage a piece of the brass. This also keeps any parts from rusting or oxidizing which may destroy your pump. This is not a difficult part to replace. So, it should be a fairly smooth process. We would recommend contacting Greenworks at 1-888-909-6757 or start a Live chat on greenworkstools.com for a proper evaluation.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a brand new Karcher K2300PS - which I have given to a neighbor. The Greenworks is so better designed. I was able to turn around the pulling handle which allows me to slide it under my workbench with no wasted space.
The short version is that it is a great unit except for one detail: the gun holder is terrible. The long version is that the unit is quiet, easy to use, powerful for a 120V electric motor (gas will be king for raw power for the foreseeable future), and great hose and cord storage, but the gun mount needs some work. It's fine while horizontal, but while stored vertically with the hose attached, the breeze from a butterfly's wings will knock it off. The hose acts like a loaded spring just waiting to be triggered, launching the gun towards the ground. I have to leave the hose attached at all times if I don't want mud daubers to clog the gun and/or hose. Ended up remedying this with a short bungee, but would have been nice if they'd duplicated the hose holder's strap and mount for the gun.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet, Effective, Powerful
