[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few days ago to replace my Works 1600PSI 1.6gpm. I thought it would have more kick. Only the turbo really cleans better. Noise and motor sound like 1000 times improvement. And I hope so, since Green Works cost 3 times more. So far I washed pavers. I'll see how it performs on wood deck and siding
The motor stopped working after owning this unit for 3 years and 2 months. The unit has a 3 year warranty and an extended 10 year warranty on the motor. Greenworks would not replace the unit since I was 2 months past the 3 year unit warranty. Greenworks would only replace the unit (under the 10 year motor warranty) if I took it to a repair shop (at my cost) to have them confirm the motor was the cause of failure. Disappointing Greenworks won’t honor their warranty.

Hello Beach.
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue with this product and that you were unsatisfied with the customer service experience that you had. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was gifted to my by my mother when she sold her house. I’ve used it many times, today I got angry bc my husband didn’t put everything back how it goes and I she-hulked the entire pressure washer above my head and slammed it into the ground TWICE and it didn’t break. Still works like a champ!! No one was harmed in this incident. He was at the fire station haha!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this pressure washer for my birthday and it has been very nice! It is very easy to use and very quiet. I use it all the time to wash my mowing equipment and around the house to wash things. It has easy quick connect nozzles so you can change the nozzle degree and it came with a quick connect kit for the hoses and wand.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine does exactly what I purchased it for; wash the siding of our house, wash our cars, and, with the turbo nozzle, making it easy to wash our brick patio that had accumulated years of moss and algae. The patio looks bigger since it's clean!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have only used a couple times since purchase. Very impressed with operation but should come with a 50ft hose and a swivel fitting. Noise level isn’t as bad as some reviews said.
Excellent Pressure Washer with some small concerns

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this Pressure washer to basically clean my driveway and eventually also using it to wash my cars. This is Replacing an Older Karcher (8 years old) Pressure Washer that is not working properly anymore. The Greenwork is an excellent All around machine and has a lot of Pressure and it seems it delivers a lot of water too. The whole package is great and the turbo Nozzle works well to clean the driveway. On the down side here are two of my main concerns with the unit: The Turbo Nozzle make some weird metally and vibrating sounds and I am not sure how long is going to last; I use it for about 2 hours and it is still working. The second thing are that the connections or fittings between the pump inlet and outlet does not leak BUT they do wiggles and do not feel secure so again... I am concern about the longevity of those parts and the pressure washer... I will have to baby the machine a little more than I was expected but at least I feel good that the machine has a 3 Year Warranty in General (and 10 years on the motor) so at least I know that we will have a working pressure washer for at least 3 years.
