[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im leaving a negative review because of how terrible the product registration page is. It is clear you are creating a barrier to product registration and thus warranty claims and that is incredibly shady.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent quality, it is very practical, easy to assemble, very good power, easy to store, and the finish is good, Greenworks makes good products in general. I also have a lawnmower and I have never had problems with it

Great pressure and gpm

Assembly review for sweepstakes entry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hope to follow up after use. Neutral rating for now.Easy assembly. Mostly robust but the plastic wand cradle is inadequate and the pressure hose is secured in a beefy metal cradle by a loop of about 1/10" bungee cord. Included is a tiny piece of wire for clearing tips which, without care, will get lost. Tip storage is adequate using rubber grommets that should last the life of the unit. I think a storage box on the panel would've been better for tip and tip clearing tool storage while getting them out of the way. Looking forward to performance better than my 20 year old 1600psi clunker for an upcoming deck refresh.
