GOTTA get this if you don't have one yet. I have many coast products but hands down this is my favorite. Soon as anyone finds out it is voice activated they say they must have one.

I already own several Coast products, and am impressed with them. I had to send one back that didn’t work right, and was amazed at how quickly they replaced it. The RL35R is my latest purchase, and again, I am amazed. I have “played” with it a lot, and it has yet to miss or misunderstand my voice command. Incredible technology at work in this light. Simply put, I love it. I have another brand of headlamp that you wave you hand to turn it on and off. Bend your head next to a nearby object, and the light either comes on or off. I found it annoying. This light does what it was designed to do, and I have not found a flaw yet.

You won’t realize how convenient voice control is until you try this headlamp! It’s great not having to fumble with buttons, especially when your hands are dirty. I mainly use mine to clean my car in my dimly lit apartment garage, and it’s made a huge difference. Just learn a few voice commands, and you’re set. My only gripe is that the flood mode beam isn’t as wide as I expected for close-range illumination. That said, the brightness is more than adequate, and the fact that it’s rechargeable is a game changer!

Love this headlamp. It is very bright and different settings of brightness. I love the fact that I can change the brightness when my hands are dirty with the voice control.
