Tried this for the first time. I had one of my ok’d traditional glue sticks without the color. I used one one one item and the purple stuff in the other. The nice thing is the purple shows you everywhere you covered and then dries clear. The bad news is whatever makes it purple changes the ability for it to stick. One item stuck the other one fell off.

It's a school MUST have. My children use them to the bottom and it is very easy for small hands to use
