I purchased these for my grandchild's school list. He said they work wonderful this is from an 8 yr. old. I use them weekly for a lot of projects around my house too.

I use these glue sticks for scrapbooking. They hold the pictures in place very well but if I need to remove the photo (even a few years later) they peel off without leaving a mark on the page. My kids like to use them for crafts. The purple color helps them to see where they have put it and if it is still wet.

I had to use a butter knife to get it out of the tube. It would not swivel up and it was the same with three out of four from one pack two with another pack.

Great value for these glue stick

I think I got a Great deal on this four pack of glue sticks. A great product for my elementary school children. I love that it is washable and that the color is purple. The Purple color is a plus since it helps the children and I see where we have already placed the glue on the paper. I think that staples should make them in different colors that are washable and disappearing( color) . I have noticed that the color disappears as it is drying which helps us figure out that that area needs to be reapplied.

I would not buy the Staples brand again. The glue wears off too quickly.
