Perfect Size

I use this product with my business. I do tape the letters closed to ensure they get there in one piece. The adhesive leaves about 1/2 inch on either side of the flap. Just enough to get caught in the mail sorter....

I send out a TON of postcards. I've found that if I have at least 8 going to the same place it saves me money (and time) to send them all in one of these envelopes. One bad thing I've found is when I put a ton of them in there it's harder to get it to seal properly. I have my clear packing tape handy for those cases and also put a band of tape around the center for extra support from splitting. That last part was a suggestion from the nice lady at the USPS!!

Please make this product with a "lick & seal" closure. The PO will not accept the metal closure and I had to tape over that.

I mail about 50 newsletters each month with these envelopes. Many of the metal clasps do not line up properly with the hole a minor annoyance that requires me to tear the flap. Otherwise they are fine.
