I have bought this at least 9 times in the past and usually 10 boxes at a time. Of late the thickness of the paper used to make the envelopes has reduced. The clasps are often missing or they fall off and so do those tiny square that line the hole through which the clasp passes. Picture attached. I am disappointed with the deteriorating quality.
