Just Right!

Our company uses these Staples Brown Clasp envelopes mainly because they are the exact size for the lowest rate the Post Office charges for regular mail. We can fold our reports invoices and statement in half and still be charged the "letter" rate. One half inch more on any side of the envelope will put the package into a higher rate bracket. Also the envelopes will hold all that we need to send and remain intact and secure no matter where or how far they are mailed. The clasp and adhesive used has never come apart.

I love to use these when traveling to put information about the places I have been to and label the envelope so I have everything in one place. They are easy to seal and keep everything from being lost or mixes with another stop. When I get home it is easy to scrapbook or make posters of the places I have traveled to. These are great in different sizes for different places. I find the larger ones are great for full size city books and the small for little towns or just one activity. I like to keep three sizes on hand at home just incase I decide to take a trip!

The Mail Gets Through

I am of the generation that still uses regular mail for keeping in touch with members of my family and old friends. I like to surprise them with a small gift insert usually Christian study pamphlets. These envelopes are sturdy enough for the purpose without increasing postage costs excessively. My husband uses them for mailing spare fishing tackle items which he no longer needs through online auction site. He finds their performance and quality perfect for his needs also.
