The envelope flap doe not seal easily. The flap requires the use of tape to seal the edges and corner so that the envelope will process without snagging.

these envelopes are AMAZING. 6x9 is just a great ratio. you can fold an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper in half and stick it right in there with no problem. well unless you fold it along its long side then you're out of luck. but who does that anyway. the dual closure system feels super secure. the clasp allows you to open and close it as many times as you want as long as that is less times than it takes to break it. the clue deserves a mention but you know how that works so i'll skip it for now. although please be aware that once you glue you can't reglue. it's pretty permanent. the one drawback is that it's not ideal to store liquids. if you plan to bring in leftover soup to the office for your lunch i would recommend using one of those tyvek jobs rather than one of these.
