No issues. Seem to hold up well although I don’t use the clasp. Use packing tape to make sure.edges are well secured.

What can go wrong with an envelope?

The reinforcements around the hole where the clasp goes through fell off of about 10% of the envelopes. The clasps themselves were missing on several. Other than that a good medium-sized envelope that holds 8-1/2 by 11 sheets folded once.
