Scotch-Brite non scratch scrubbers are part of the family. I've used them for years and swear by them. Tried the generics, but none have held up, nor done the job that Scotch-Brite does. These sponges are easy to rinse clean and do not carry odors. I definitely am a fan.

I've always chosen Scotch Brite because they last and they don't start to smell like other sponges. They get my pots and pans clean without scratching them and they seem to remain clean as well. A couple of times I picked up a cheaper brand, but they don't last long before they have an odor and you have to throw them out.
I'll stick with Scotch Brite.
