Quality has gone down the drain.

I've been using the same sponge for years and bought these recently and they all detached. Every one of them! Wondering why the quality has gone downhill!

What Happened?

I've been using these sponges for 10 years and never had issues. I've noticed recently that the scrubby layer starts to come apart from the sponge within a week of opening a new one. The sponge also starts to fall apart. I'm so disappointed. What happened? Why must a trusted brand change their manufacturing? To save money, I assume. But now you're losing loyal customers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

New sponges falling apart

I purchased a 6 pack of sponges scotch bright blue. Every single one has fallen apart within a week. There are chunks of the sponge that just keep coming off. If you advertise quicker and stronger that is not happening with this pack at all. Very dissatisfied.

What happened to the quality??

I've owned a cleaning business for 25 years and the yellow and green sponges have been the only one I personally use and that all of my employees are allowed to use. There WAS no match. Shortly after the shape was changed, the quality decreased and began to perform as bad as the cheap sponges. They disintegrate after only a few dishes and the green brillo material falls apart as well. I have convinced many people over the years that there was no better sponge out there, however, Scotch-Brite sponges are far from the best these days. Are you really saving that much money with whatever new formula you are using? I might as well buy the cheaper ones for the same results as your "New and Improved" sponges.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quality changed for worse.

I have been using these sponges for years, and been satisfied with them. However the most recent package that I purchased all fall apart after only used to a few days. The scrub layer comes off from the sponge, and they are not very easy to use. I went to a friend's house and saw her sponge in the same condition. She also complained that they were falling apart after using for a short period of time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

These sponges are terrible. They fall apart after one or two uses. Three times stronger? Laughable. So frustrating. Your product is garbage.

Scrub Layer Falls Off

3M has drastically changed the quality of their non-scratch sponges. The scrubber layer separates from the sponge almost immediately. Customer service complaint did not result in a remediation. Evidently 3M changed the adhesive. Their planned obsolescence bet was lost on this customer. I won't buy scrubbing sponges any longer. Period. I've moved on to a non-scratch dish brush easily sanitized in dishwasher or beach. Their lack of concern for the consumer experience has shifted my sense of their brand identity as a reliable company. I now wonder if their N95 masks have changed as well. So I have found another mask company that I trust. Trust broken with a faithful consumer.

Non-Scratch Scrub Sponge

I have used these sponges for years and loved them. I purchased a 6 pack recently and every one of them so far (4) have fallen apart within the first week of use! Very frustrated - they are more expensive and have always been worth the price - don't know what happened - poor quality now!!!
