[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These scissors are absolutely amazing! They fit tiny hands perfectly, and being for both hands is a bonus! As a Sunday school teacher, I need plenty of scissors both fory class as well as the other teachers who often borrow some. The kids love the colors. The scissors are sharp and cut so good. I couldn't be more satisfied and highly recommend for any paper cutting needs.

Small but Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These scissors came in a huge pack which is great if you need it for several kids, to split between parents and grandparents houses. They are small enough for young kids to use. For reference, my 5 and 3 year old used them easily. I tried them out as well and they cut smoothly without any issues. Definitely a good addition to our scissor box. For reference, in the attached photos, the blue pair is my 5 year old and the yellow pair is me.

Super Scissors for kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Staples 5 ' Soft Grip Kids Scissors are not only pointed tip but also RIGHT and LEFT handed. Yes, I said it, both right and left handed in one scissor! What a dream and ingenious design. The colors are fun and the students (tk,k, and 1st) love getting to pick out their favorite color. The size is just right for their little hands and the blades are just long enough to make the right size cuts, without cutting too much at a time. Their little fingers fit perfectly into the little finger holes for the most controlled open/closing hand motion while cutting. The pointed tips are just blunt enough as to not poke/puncture anything but still can look like a "big kid" scissor. I like how they are both left and right handed so the students can grab any pair without worrying if they are the correct handed pair. I also like not having to have a whole separate container for each handed scissor, especially when there are so many students that come through my class. This also saves a lot on storage space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These children’s scissors were the perfect size for little hands. I really liked the child-friendly design because even though they’re made for kids, they actually work well and cut through paper easily. My kids found them very easy to use and loved being able to do projects on their own without needing help. What I liked most is that even though they’re kid-friendly, I didn’t have to step in and switch to sharper adult scissors, they got the job done safely and effectively.

Great for left and right handers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These scissors have been a great addition to my kindergarten classroom. My students all commented on how comfortable they were in their hands. They loved the bright colors that matched their table color. I also didn't have any issues with my students that were right handed or left handed. They were both able to use them with ease. The holes fit the student's fingers making it easy to manipulate the scissors in multiple shapes. I loved the bright colors because they were easy to find on the table or floor if they got dropped. I loved that the scissors cut paper so cleanly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The brighly colored children's scissors are easy to use. They suit small hands well. My students found them easy to use. The gray grips are the best feature and make the scissors easy to hold.
The only con is the packaging- it is too flimsy to use for storage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These 5” Soft Grip Kids Scissors are perfect for little hands! The soft, comfortable grip makes them easy for kids to hold, and I love that they work well for both right- and left-handed children—no frustration or awkward positioning. The pointed tip is great for more detailed cutting while still feeling safe and easy to control.
They cut smoothly through paper and craft materials without snagging, which makes art projects and schoolwork so much more enjoyable. Durable, comfortable, and kid-friendly—these are a must-have for classrooms, homeschool, or craft time at home. Highly recommend!

Great Scissors for kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the ultimate critics put these scissors to the test - my 4 and 6 year old. They both found the scissors very easy to use and comfortable in their hands. They cut smoothly and easily, regardless of hand (my 4 year old is ambidextrous). They loved the choices of colors and I really like the padding, so they are easy on the hand. I even found myself willing to use them instead of immediately reaching for my adult scissors. They do have a pointed tip, so I probably won't give them to my 1 year old, but they are great for kids who are responsible enough to be left to use scissors.
