good product

This is a good product and I wish you would put it back into the stores. When sending checks these envelopes are the best. I am requesting that you think about adding these envelopes back to regular stock. These envelopes work well and make sure you can not see what is inside of the envelope. Also in the Yuma Arizona stores they are very helpful and always ask if they can help. In the copy center which I use sometimes they are usually fast and effient and always recommend Staples to my friends.

Double Window Envelopes
on February 10, 2013

We use this envelope for all our checks and sending out invoices. The one thing I don't like is they have a tendency to stick together in the bottom corners. This has been a problem with several boxes and I have tried numerous things to be sure it isn't my fault. It appears the product sticks in the production process. It is irriating to be stuffing checks and have to stop pull the envelope apart to get the job done. It is the only envelope that works with the Quick Books formatting so I guess I'll grin & bear it!

Awesome headline great description

These envelopes worked very well for our business checks and other corraspondences. We use these envelopes a lot for many things related to our type of business. They hold up well they do not rip when I am placing items in them. They are a crisp white color. The windows each have a clear cover that the address to where it needs to be mailed to is visible. The return address area is very visible and allows for a clear view of the address. The glue used to seal the envelope works just as it should and seals nicely.

Though these were the non-lick ones!

I would recommend these envelopes to anyone who doesn't mind licking them shut. They are a quality product I just didn't read the description well enough. I wanted the envelopes that close on their own - NO LICKING! Oh well I'll read the description better the next time I need to order.

Too much glue
on May 23, 2012

There was too much glue in the lower corner of the envelope when it was made. I have to put my finger in there and separate the corner before I can put a check in there. Very time consuming.

Doesn't work w/ Quickbooks Pro Invoices
on May 17, 2012
Posted by: Paula K.
When I fold an ordinary invoice into 3 for mailing the windows on these envelopes are in the wrong place for the standard Quickbooks Pro invoicing template. Now till I use these up I am having to fold each invoice mail into 4 sections which gives them an accordian look...

Quality product

Good product but you MUST verify your document alignment will work with window layout. Some product layouts require "custom" envelopes only available from software vendor.

So-so

I like these envelopes because they are the only size that fits the company name and address but the memo portion of the check shows in the addressee window. (acct# are usually shown there - so not so great)
