Placement of Window is constantly different

I’ve been using these envelopes for over five years, and I’ve experienced issues with nearly every new order. The sizing is inconsistent, and I constantly have to readjust my printing template to prevent the check amount from showing through the window or the company name and address from getting cut off. It’s exhausting having to fix this every time, and I’ll be looking elsewhere for envelopes with consistent window measurements.

30% or more of the envelopes are unusable. Glued shut on one side. Tear apart when you try to open. It took 36 envelopes for me to get the 24 that I needed. 12 went in the trash.
