The ones I bought were just to short to put a trifold Check in without it needing to be folded again.

I always buy these when Staples offer a good deal and as a Staples Rewards member usually get a good discount - I run a pool business and these envelopes are perfect for my invoices.

Too small to put regular 8x11 paper folded up.

Several of the first 20 envelopes I have used have come apart in the rear on the left side. So I'm not happy with them but do not have the time to return them. First time this has ever happened. Hopefully the remaining 480 will all be good.

The envelopes are not deep enough for many business documents - I had to fold documents to fit. My mistake. I made a bad assumption that a business envelope would be sized to handle most business documents.

Need them for business but they really are excessively priced.

These envelopes as all the others I tried did NOT work with my printed checks. While the lower window did not show the check memo line as other envelopes I tried it totally showed the printed dollar amount. I will pursue the proper envelopes for my application as I do not wish to realign my check printing format.
