A Perfect Shipping Option for my Small Business

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my small business, I have to send monthly invoices to clients. I usually pick up small packages of windowed envelopes but was excited to be given the chance to try this bulk option by Staples.
My first impression is that the quality and security are great. The envelopes feature a security lining that keeps my client's information secured. The paper is not flimsy and the adhesive is strong. The size is perfect for not just a single sheet of paper but multiple (my statements are 5+ pages and they fit perfectly). Having a box of 500 means no more frequent restock trips to the store.
All in all, I think this bulk envelope is well designed, sized and packaged for small and mid sized businesses alike.

Perfect Everyday Business Envelope

What really stands out to me is the fold design of the sealer and the non-wet sealing strip—no more licking or using a sponge to seal them! It’s clean, fast, and holds securely.
The paper quality feels durable, and the classic white finish gives them a professional look. Whether for home or office use, these envelopes make mailing easy and mess-free. Highly recommend!

Perfect Envelopes

They have a very clear viewing window for the mailing address and return address. They seal nicely and do not reopen due to the Instant Seal lift-tab (thankfully...no need to lick to stick). They are lined with security printing for privacy. They check all my boxes for a good business envelope at an affordable price.

Gets the job done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This envelope gets the job done for whatever purpose it may serve you. Size is just right for everything you want to put into it. The envelope is sturdy, the seals are tighly sealed with no gaps or openings. I mailed 4 mail size paper folded and the envelope held up well when shipped. I wish that the paper used is a bit harder but in no way it affected the envelope, just a personal preference. It never broke or torn when shipped. I appreciate the transparent part of the envelope, it is clear, sturdy and well placed. The film is big enough to show name and address and small enough to hide details inside. I have no complaints with it.

Great self sealing envelopes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These envelopes are easy to use and I love that they are self sealing, no more licking! That is so nice when you are sending many letters at once. I like that the removable strip is paper, not plastic because limiting plastics is important to me. The only thing I would change is having the adhesive strip be a little longer so the entire flap is sealed, there is a little space on each side that adhesive doesn’t reach, but it doesn’t seem to affect the seal. I would definitely purchase these again.

Great quality envelopes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work from home and with 3 kids in school we use envelopes all the time. Overall I liked these a lot. The quality is nice although being a little thicker would’ve been nice for some papers inside. The size is perfect for a standard size. It has room and I like that there’s the return window already on there. The group I got came with so many envelopes. We should be set for a while. I have found myself running to grab these quite often even for little things to send out as well for school papers that have to be folded and returned. It does a great job for privacy with the print in the inside.
