[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My overall impression of these envelopes was good. The envelope itself was pretty generic nothing overly special. The quality and size was good for sending letters, however the windows for the address limited the versatility of the envelopes. The overall quality of the paper was nice. The best part of the envelopes were the quality.

Convenient Easy to Use Envelopes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Staples envelopes are great! They feel like good quality every day envelopes. I got the box of 500, which is a hefty amount and will last a long time. The clear double windows are long enough to fit lengthy addresses, and are spaced wel. They have a blue privacy tint which makes them perfect for mailing bills or other sensitive correspondence. My favorite thing about them is the way in which they seal. Noone likes to pick envelopes, or have to use a wet sponge, especially if you are mailing anything in bulk. These have a really cool "InstantSeal" backing which makes the whole process a breeze. There is a flap on the backside of thr envelope that you lift up, revealing a line of sticky glue to instantly and securely seal your envelope. You can either lift the flap and seal it, or lift the flap and remove it by tearing it off along the perforated line. Simple as that, and it is a strong and secure seal that you won't even need to reinforce with tape. The one and only negative I would say, is that the paper is a little bit thin. I know this type of envelope in general uses a thin paper, so it's not really a downside, only a personal preference for thicker paper envelopes. Overall, I really like them, and appreciate the easy-seal convenience and would recommend these to anyone who mails high volume. It will speed up the process and they look crisp and professional.

Fantastic for School Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These envelopes are exactly what I needed to send home information from school as a teacher. They are professional-looking, easy to use, and perfectly sized for a folded sheet of paper. I am pretty good at folding papers like I need to, so that wasn't a problem for me, but I could see if being pretty difficult for someone who doesn't mail things daily. Overall, they were perfect for my mailing needs and arrived at the perfect time for parent teacher conferences and left my letters looking clean and professional compared to last years letters.
The quality of the envelopes is fantastic! They are sturdy and the windows made "labeling" the letters to send a breeze. They fit several pages folded together well without me feeling like the envelope was going to tear. Definitely not as flimsy as envelopes I have used in the past!
The quantity was very generous and perfect for my needs. I teach at a middle school, so there are almost triple the letters to send as some other teachers have to do at other schools, so it was nice that I had enough envelopes to last me through my last conference and still have some leftover to use for the next mailing session! It was truly the perfect amount for me at this time!
I absolutely love and adore the double window design since it is a game changer for me! It saved me so much time and made sure that the addresses were clearly visible! I loved not have to print and apply labels or handwrite on all of the envelopes! Out system prints a sheet that fit perfectly in the windows and made my life a dream! I know some of the other teachers were jealous of my envelopes since I was able to move to the next task quicker because of them. They also just look nice which is great and helps with the professional nature of the job!
I definitely know that I will be getting more when I run out since they were a dream to use during our time of high mailing and I don't think I can go back to what I was doing before! 10/10 highly recommend!

Functional Envelopes

They’re incredibly functional, and I love that they have a self-seal feature, no licking required. Unlike some envelopes that make it difficult to align the return and delivery addresses, these are designed perfectly so both are clearly visible. I highly recommend them for work mail, bill payments, or anytime you need a simple, professional-looking envelope.

Middle of the road envelopes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If there is anything I could ever put a three star rating on, these would be first. My overall impression of these envelopes is that they are useful for payroll or something similar, but they seem cheaply manufactured and even translucent to the point of being unable to use for private information. The size looks great, normal letter size and the window boxes are large and clear. The weight is minuscule. However, the quantity was amazing and it would take a while to use up. I like the weight of the envelope most, it being very light so I’m not worried about having to pay extra postage. I also like the self adhesive, so I didn’t have to lick or wet the envelope.
Overall, I would give this envelope a three star as said earlier because of the thickness of the paper and how you can see through it.

Clean and Professional

The size was exactly as described, and the pack came with plenty to get me through a bunch of mailings. My favorite part is how nice and neat they look when sealed — very polished.
