Great quality & good for the environment

These envelopes are great! I would say the ONLY downside is that they aren't as thick as normal envelopes. Which is fine with me.

These envelopes distinguish my business from other businesses because they are colored different from most clasp envelopes making mail and paperwork from my business easier to recognize.

Green inexpensive and they work

I entered Staples expecting to purchase standard manilla envelopes. I was pleased to find these green alternatives. Though the color is more brown than what one might expect from manilla envelopes they serve the same purpose. My only disappointment with the product is that Staples did not offer a smaller size in the store. A quick check of the on-line catalog shows that 6"x9" envelopes are available - though they were not in stock at my store. The smallest size available in my store was 9"x12" - they also had 10"x13" in stock. I am in the process of ridding myself of the boxes that were used to ship software and moving the contents each box to a manilla envelope. These "Green" envelopes suit the purpose perfectly.

Standout and Help The Earth

I bought these envelopes for the (1.) great price but (2.) because I wanted something that would stand out when I sent my resume cover letter and references out to potential employers. I feel that the unique shade and design is different than your standard manila envelope and also is environmentally friendly. Great for various uses and I would suggest sealing with tape because the sealing isn't very tacky.
