What happened to the quality?

I have used Dobie cleaning pads for 40 years. Over the last several months I have noticed a big drop-off in quality. The nylon pad deteriorates rapidly and little pieces of nylon/plastic are getting stuck on my strainers and pots and pans. I fear my family is going to ingest the nylon/plastic pieces. I need to look for another brand!!!

I discovered this sponge 6 or 7 years ago when I was looking for scratch free and effective cleaning of dishes .
Ever since I found this i’m in love with this sponge it gets the work done . Pots pans use with ur favorite cleaner or glass porcelain it doesn’t scratch any material . Lasts longer than usual sponge 🧽. I put it in my dishwasher at night with the dishes and it gets clean too and biweekly put damp in microwave it for 2 mins and its sterilized .

Quality has gone downhill

Have been using Dobie pads for many years. Purchased several pads. Each fell apart after three uses. This product has gone downhill.

Very good but has limitations

I've been using Dobie pads for many, many years, but the quality seems to have changed slightly. They are still very good for cleaning all types of pots, pans and dishes without scratching, but they don't last at long as they used to last. In the past, after I used a Dobie I could easily wash the Dobie by hand so that it remained like new for many months; but the pad that's currently sold cannot be easily washed as well as in the past and, therefore, I go through them much more quickly.

poor condition

Is there no quality control at 3-M!?

I cannot believe how the quality of this product has declined over the past year! After only ONE week of use in a TWO person household, a hole in the plastic mesh appears. This has been consistently the case. Please re-evaluate the durability of your product!
