quality has decreased greatly

Dobie scrubbers have been my favorite for years, but now the outer scrubby cover tears easily and it's very frustrating to try to keep it on the sponge. Please look into this and go back to a more sturdy and reliable scrubby cover.

Decreasing quality/increasing price

I have used these for years and even thought the price has increased the quality is decreasing. I bought a pack last week and they didn't last one wash and the seam on one end opened up and the scrubber was useless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You changed your manufacturing process or material

I've been using Dobies for decades. The change in the mesh portion of the product has become increasingly obvious. Used to be weeks before a hole wore in the mesh. Now it's a few uses. Put it back to the way it was please. I'll pay a little more for it. If I have to look for another product, it won't be 3M, I promise.

Once upon a time a great product, not anymore.

What has happened to this product? We have used them over the period of many, many years and as time goes on we try the newer, fancier pads but always come back to the Scotch Brite Dobie, once a very good product (5 star). I must have had 6 boxes of them in the cabinet. We started using them again and they are terrible. They completely flatten out after only a few days use or the inside of the pad clumps together at one end of it. So sad to see a good product go this way. We have returned all the boxes we had.

Newer dobies very disappointing

The quality of these has greatly decreased in the last couple years. They used to last a much longer time before getting holes. Please go back to previous manufacturing process. I can't use these anymore because I hate having to throw them away every couple weeks. They used to be perfect for my mountains of dishes (no dishwasher).

I’m 71 years old and have been using the dobie as long as I can remember. But now they are so cheaply made I’m going to find another pad that I can wash dishes with

No good!

I have loved this product over the past 40 years. Lately, however the product has been quite disappointing! Probably in an effort to cut costs, the scrubbing pad is not as durable. The last 6 pads I have used began to fall apart after about 3 uses. Not acceptable!!

Rip off!
