Effective but not durable

These have gone downhill . . .

I have been using these scrubbers since I've had my own home. The quality has gone way down. Like the other users, I find I'm having to replace them after just a few uses. Even though they are affordable, I would like them to last a little longer. I'm also having a hard time finding them in my local stores.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Best Scrubber

I have been using the Dobie pad for many, many years. It is, without a doubt, the best scrubber that I have ever found. Great product! Thank, you Scotch Brite.

Quality seems to be declining

I have been using the Dobie for decades. I have always thought it did a great job. But in the past few months I have noticed a real change in its durability. Normally, I'd use one for at least a couple of months before the scrubby mesh would tear or it became unusable. Lately it has been a matter of weeks or even days before it has started to come apart. I'm very disappointed. I don't know if they have downgraded the durability of the mesh, but it doesn't work nearly as well as it used to.

I love Dobies

I have used Dobie for years and I just decided to write a review. These are the best all purpose cleaning pads. I use them to keep bar soap dry, kitchen, bathroom, cleaning the car. I have a process where the pad is used in kitchen and then when too dirty I use it to clean toilets, then to clean outside. They stand up great and I always have them in the pantry. I wish there were different colors and a larger size available.
I would recommend this to a friend!

sponge is flat

I have used Dobie for dishes for several years and while I did notice that the mesh seems to fall apart faster, I now noticed that with the latest 3 pack that I purchased the sponge goes flat after a few uses and then does not hold the soap. Have you made changes to the sponges that you use? The sponge is not holding up for more than 2 weeks.

What happened to the quality of this product?

I have used Dobie for decades. In the last few years the outside mesh has gotten very flimsy. Tears after 3 or 4 times using this to wash dishes. What happened? Quality has gone downhill.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
