The shape and size is great. However it is softer than what I expected and the chair wheels leave indentations on the mat. I expected it to be harder? Also when it was delivered it did not come in a box nor was it rolled or taped. the delivery guy just left it flopped out by the door.

Love my new chair mat. I usually go through these every 3 years as my carpet is a little thicker than medium pile. It is the largest and best chair mat I can find. And the best price as well.

This mat might be ok on a hard surface but on carpet weight from my chair has put divots in the mat so it doesn’t roll very well. And I’m not a heavy person.
